Our client, a Property Services Contractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Plumber to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis. The work will involve working in properties mainly in and around the North Herts and Bedfordshire areas carrying our reactive maintenance. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm with 30min paid lunch break. The role: Plumber Working in void and occupied domestic properties on a reactive maintenance programme. This will involve carrying out plumbing duties on domestic repairs and maintenance while offering a high standard of customer service. They are currently seeking a supervisor to join their team to oversee their voids contracts on a permanent basis in and around the Bedfordshire area. They are looking to recruit an experienced supervisor preferably with experience in supervising social housing / maintenance projects.
