I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced JCT Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant Maidstone-based consultancy on a permanent basis- working on a large value long-term contracts in and around the Kent/South London areas. My Client are an established, professional consultancy, who due to a full order book are seeking to expand their workforce within their Building division. In order to be considered for this role, applicants MUST be UK residents and have experience in and a robust knowledge of the JCT (Building) form of contract, as well as a demonstrated history working on large projects, upwards of £10m in value. The role will involve primarily being based in the office, with either 1 or 2 days on site as their respective project requires- there will be the opportunity for hybrid working. In addition to a competitive salary, a generous renumeration package is offered, to include: * Opportunity to work towards promotion to Associate Director. * £5,500 per annum car allowance. * 25p per mile paid for business mileage. * 25 days leave p/a plus Bank Holidays, with a further 5 days p/a beginning to accrue after 5 years of employment. * 5% of salary paid on top by employer towards pension. * Private medical care after 6 months. * Life assurance and critical illness cover for all employees after 6 months.
