This is a permanent full-time role requiring frequent visits to Glasgow and occasional international travel. Salary is negotiable depending on experience up to circa £60,000. You will play a key role in representing the voice of the customer.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:
Working with clients and internal teams to drive an Agile product lifecycle of a Scrum team, including assistance with user-journey elaboration and stories.
Identifying solutions to problems aligned with customer needs.
Providing escalation management, anticipating, and making trade-offs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.
Managing customer expectations and resolving conflicts that balance customer, business, and technology needs.Essential skills and experience required for the Business Analyst role:
8+ years of technology industry experience as a product or program manager.
Bachelors or Masters in a technology-focused business degree, such as Management Information Systems, or a technology-focused MBA.
Familiarity with Cloud solutions, workflow modelling and UX/UI, including mock-up UI tools.
Refined problem-solving skills are essential.
