Position As part of our continued growth, our South West Core facilities management team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional HVAC Engineer to use their working knowledge of hot and cold systems to complete a range of planned maintenance works in line with our contract delivery SLA's - predominantly focusing on fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems such as VRV VRF's, split units, chillers etc as part of a wider hard-services FM team. Position Following an uplift in BJF's scope of works, our FM division are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work as part of the South West Projects and Small Works team, responding to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible to ensure minimum downtime across a range of properties and systems within MOD camps across Wiltshire. Reporting directly into Project Management , our engineering team carry out all planned building and fabrication maintenance tasks as per program, keeping accurate auditable records of works planned and completed whilst maintaining a proactive approach to health, safety and wellbeing in the work environment, taking necessary steps to ensure that risks are mitigated.
