Quality Control Technician Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Quality Control Technician on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield. Key Responsibilities: Carry out quality control testing on raw materials and finished products. Maintain accurate laboratory records and quality documentation. Support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Assist with R&D projects, production trials and new product testing. Prepare technical reports and maintain product specifications. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment. Support internal and external quality audits. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards. Requirements Degree or Diploma in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science or similar). Previous experience in a QC or laboratory environment. Knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control procedures. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
