Description Osenka recruitment are currently looking for an experienced 3-man finishing gang to join our reputable client on their residential housing development. The role will involve high-quality finishing works, ensuring all snagging and final details are completed to a professional standard. The gang would need to hold minimum 360/Dumper/Roller tickets Duties will include: Carrying out all aspects of finishing work (snagging, patching, touch-ups, final fix) kerbing, slabbing, drainage repairs, fencing, and concrete finishing Working closely with site managers to meet deadlines Maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times Location: Rothwell, northamptonshire Start date: Asap Duration: Ongoing Rate: negotiable Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 Requirements: dumper/roller Proven experience as a finishing gang on residential newbuilds CSCS/CPCS/NPORS cards Own tools & PPE Reliability and attention to detail x2 relevant working references If you are interested in this role please contact Rachel on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed) thank you
