Senior Service Delivery Manager (FM Soft Services) Location : Liverpool Contract : Full-Time - Permanent Contract Structure : Monday to Friday - Days but requiring flexibility for operational continuity. Position Summary An excellent commercial opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee a critical, multi-tier industrial service and waste management contract in the Liverpool area. The successful candidate will assume total accountability for the on-site operations, financial, and administrative performance of a 24/7 business unit. Key Execution Areas: Governance & Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site stakeholder representing the business. The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions while ensuring pricing is commercially competitive and technically robust. Working closely with commercial, engineering and operational teams, you will help deliver high-quality tenders that support business growth. Maintain a proactive approach to continuous professional development. Experience required: The successful candidate will ideally have: HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent practical estimating experience.
