Head of Programme Delivery £110,000 - £140,000 + Benefits Permanent London For the largest and most exciting transport projects in Europe, we are recruiting a Head of Programme Delivery to lead all client functions and client team within a Major Works Civils Contracts Integrated Programme Area Team (MWCC IPT), acting as delegate and deputy to the MWCC Project Client. This role will discharge the client responsibilities across an incredibly complex multi-billion-pound programme spanning tunnelling, mining, major underground structuring works, and navigating existing infrastructure and utilities. Leading a team and responsible to the Programme Director, this role will ensure safe, compliant, on time and on budget delivery whilst interfacing with MWCC and 3 party stakeholders, undertaking NEC3 PM duties, and safeguarding client owned risks. Leading a team of 7 Planning staff, and reporting to the Head of Planning and Integration, the Area Planning Lead will lead on project time evaluation for a large area programme of works, lead on interface management, cultivate external and internal stakeholder relationships, and correlate cost and risk assessments. This role will lead the application of project planning systems (P6) planning policies and standards to ensure compliance.
