A major requirement for many contractors and subcontractors is a handyman to complete a variety of different works within a project that a fully qualified tradesman may not undertake. The main disciplines required would be a cross of plastering, tiling, basic carpentry, electrical & plumbing and can be used for installation or maintenance works. A Handyman must: • Hold a CSCS Card • Have experience working in the UK construction industry or in a maintenance role and be able to provide references to support this • Have all own tools for applicable disciplines • Have all own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
