Skala – Need Temp to Perm Project Manager – Gatwick Shift: Days Salary: £45k - £55k pa Role: * Managing multiple small scale projects that range from a few days to a few months at the most * Heading up sub water, utilities work * Full drivers licence * Structural steel experience * Minor ground works experience * Secondary steel experience * To work alongside a team of 3 other project managers , commercial manager , design managers and production managers. * Site visits , site notes for pricing for QS * Commercial & Contractual awareness * Programmes with MSP * Clear understanding of drawings and details * Working closely with design managers * Working closely with structural engineers * Working closely with handover teams , commercial teams * Site interface with clients * Working closely with production manager * Managing site installation teams

Based in Mitcham the company design, build and install outdoor buildings and seating areas for high end restaurants, hotels, and private customers. They're currently looking for Fitters to permanently join their team. It's a varied position helping with installations, surveying and maintenance of their outdoor structures which include retractable roofs & walls, pergolas, giant parasols, and sail shades. Training is provided. They're aware they work in a niche industry so they're not looking for exact experience and want to speak with Fitters, Labourers with hand tool experience or anyone who has experience with welding, carpentry, or electrics. Please note this role is not for the faint hearted, you will be working between 10-12 hours per day 5 days a week with heavy lifting and driving involved. In return they're offering a heap of benefits that you don't usually see for these types of positions - Private medical insurance. - 26 paid holidays + bank hols - All uniform and tools provided - Double pay for night work and bank holidays - Cycle to work scheme - Flexi start times between 6am-8am - Flexibility on days (you can work 4 or 5 per week) - Lunch paid for if you work a 12-hr shift - Further training - Company pension - Onsite Parking Rates depend on your experience however you will be started on a salary between £12 - £15 per hour PAYE, you will get increases once your trained on the role. If you've done this type of thing before and have exact experience, we can pay up to £18 per hour. Essentials: The client only asks you have a CSCS card and a driving license as you will be covering sites across the Southeast. You may occasionally be asked to work out of your area, but hotels and food will be covered. You also need to be able to commute to Mitcham each day.
