This includes removing contaminated soils, brickwork, internal floors, underpinning, installing new DPC, re-building brickworks and blockwork, patch plastering, drainage, etc. To succeed in this role, you will have experience in construction, building and/or groundwork, be willing to learn new skills and work within a team environment. You will be clean, presentable, well-spoken and will carry out work throughout the UK. Please note that you must live within approx. 45min travel time around The Forest of Dean. Product Specialist – Technical / Engineering An exciting position has become available for a full-time Product Specialist based in Leyland; PR25. The successful candidate will earn £20,000 - £25,000. Please note- Driving isn't an essential requirement but the office can be tricky to get to by public transport. Role Requirements Sales or account management experience in a similar (technical/engineering) sector. Highly organised and efficient with managing documents & filing. You will be required to cover a broad range of tasks so eagerness to learn is essential. You must be confident with MS Office and able to get to grips with new software packages. Experience using any ERP system for order processing is an advantage. You should be equally happy working independently or as part of a team. Health and Safety Manager An exciting position has become available for a full-time, experienced Health and Safety Coordinator based in Preston; PR4. The successful candidate will earn £38,000 - £40,000 per year depending on the level of experience. The successful candidate will be capable of bridging the gap between management and site operatives in order to implement safe systems of work and ensure that these are carried out effectively. Role Requirements Minimum requirement is NEBOSH that has been held for at least 3 years and evidence of ongoing CPD. A driving licence with less than 6 points is essential An understanding of CDM regulations would be an advantage. The role is primarily focused on the health and safety of the employees but a good construction background would be helpful in understanding identifying potential risks that can arise on site and applying safe working practices. Role Responsibilities The role would also require the person to take responsibility for the company accreditations and keep these maintained. Travel to site for training, audits and inspection will be required. Development and training of the site teams. Improvements to the existing system and processes.
