Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager: Managing a portfolio of circa 100 residential properties. Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations. Managing deposit returns and negotiating end-of-tenancy matters. Overseeing rent arrears and liaising with accounts where required. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Property Management (essential). Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
