To Be Considered: To be considered for this role you must have a mechanical/electrical background with knowledge of petrol and diesel equipment. It would be advantageous if you had a LEEA Qualification, but this is not essential. You will ideally have experience working in the hire industry, but this is not essential. You will continue to be hands on fixing excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers and many other items of plant. To be successful in this Workshop Manager role you will have recent management experience of:- Engineers Budgets Health and Safety/Environmental Policies A key part of this role is to develop your team, so strong leadership qualities within plant hire are essential.
