Our client is an enthusiastic, culture-driven Design & Build interior refurbishment company creating inspiring interior schemes for both educational and commercial clients. Continuously growing they have ambitious plans for further development. To help these plans, they are looking for an Interior Designer to create amazing yet functional design schemes for clients in collaboration with Project Directors & Project Managers. Daily duties: * Creative space planning and design schemes * Concept and mood imagery * Presentations and pitch documents * Visualisation - but not an essential requirement! Skills and Experience sought from the Interior Designer: * 5+ years’ experience in workplace design * Proactive, organised and hard working as well as being happy to work in a small business environment * Proficient with CAD (they use AutoCAD) and SketchUp 3D * Ability to absorb pressure in busy times You will be working out of their offices initially with the option for hybrid working long term (2-3 days in office and 2-3 days at home). Salary on offer is £40k to £60k

With a busy renovation market in Dubai they are currently recruiting for a General Manager / CEO. They are looking for a candidate from the kitchen industry with leadership experience in similar international brands. Skills and experience needed for the General Manager: * People management experience * Driven with high standards for quality and attention to detail * Excellent customer service ethos and manner plus the ability to handle clients * Positive attitude, calm demeanour and not easily flustered * Previous experience managing business processes * Organised, numerate and self-motivated In return your monthly renumeration will be made up of a salary (tax free), rent allowance, medical insurance, transportation, life assurance, potential for profit share, company mobile phone and fuel allowance. There is also an annual return ticket back to your place of residence and accommodation provided initially when you arrive until you can arrange your own. The company will also process the candidates work permit. The proposed remuneration will be: Net Package - US$80k to US$100k

This company designs and installs luxury interiors for the retail, hospitality, residential and commercial sectors and have a live vacancy for a technical draftsperson to produce shop drawings for their joinery & fit-out projects. You will need to have several years of experience in creating manufacturing level drawings and cutting lists for complete bespoke items ranging from kitchens to jewellery showcases to staircases to reception desks to bathroom cabinets. You will need to understand how a whole array of materials can work together including timber, glass, metal, stone and plastic. The main responsibility will be the setting out of fit-out projects, coordinating other trades into the master drawings. For example, does the air conditioning clash with the lighting? does the sprinkler clash with the joinery? Their clients provide the initial design drawings and the Technical Draftsperson will then redraw them to a fully detailed level for manufacture. Skills and Experience for the CAD Draftsperson: * Experience on luxury fit-outs * Strong ability to produce detailed manufacturing drawings * Understanding of manufacturing and construction * Fluent on AutoCAD * Practical with good problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills, able to liaise with individuals within the company and external to the company * Enthusiastic/ Flexible / Dynamic
