Job Description The Role: * Dispatching orders from our Plant * Taking orders & responding to sales enquiries from customers and potential customers. * Coordination of all deliveries and shipping. * Daily management of the plant, ensuring sufficient supply of materials required. * Liaising with the maintenance team to ensure necessary routine and non-routine maintenance is carried out The Ideal candidate will: * Have experience working in a busy shipping/dispatch environment * Have good attention to detail, be very organised and an excellent multitasker * Good phone manner and customer service skills. * Have a positive and proactive approach * Have good IT skills A good knowledge of Quarry Products would be a distinct advantage. We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our precast division at our head office in Trammon, Rathmolyon, Co. Meath, which is home to our Limestone Quarry, our Precast design department, state of the art precast manufacturing plant, concrete block plant, concrete batching plant and lime plant. Based just 25 mins from Navan and 15 mins from Enfield this is the ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor looking to leave Dublin and secure a role in a well- established construction company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will also work closely with the onsite management team to ensure the timely and within budget delivery of the project. The Role We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our company Keegan Precast Limited. The role will involve the following: * Administration of subcontractors including processing payments, obtaining final account agreements, and resolving disputed issues by negotiation, if appropriate. * Be responsible for the timely production of appropriate levels of applications for payments in accordance with the provisions of the conditions of contract. * Provide commercial advice to the site team, and management on all contractual issues. * Attend and provide input to relevant customer/client commercial meetings. * Provide input to contracts with client’s representatives. * Provide and control strategy of commercial contracts with client’s representatives. Requirements * Minimum of 2 years working on large scale projects * Have structural background in buildings * Familiar with Irish & UK contracts * Proven client relations skills, strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging work goals * Have relevant/similar experience in software such as Cubit * Possess ability to work well as part of a team and independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Accountant/Part Qualified Accountant Job Description Responsibilities: * Look after one of our main subsidiary companies. * Preparation and submission of Revenue returns. * Prepare valuations and subcontractor payments. * Assist Financial Controller with the preparation of monthly management accounts. * Monthly sales analysis and other operating reports to monitor company performance. * Assisting with the creation of budgets and financial statements. * Assisting auditors with queries for the year end audit. * Assist Financial Controller with projects as they arise. Required experience: * Hold a recognised accounting qualification or accounting technician qualification * Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Team player. * Efficient time manager. * Knowledge of Construction Sector would be an advantage. * Good IT skills. The Role We are seeking HGV mechanics to look after the maintenance and repair of our growing fleet of lorries and machines. Responsibilities · Maintenance and repair of all items of quarry plant and machinery including crushers, screeners, excavators, articulated loading shovels, teleporters & tractors. · Maintenance and repair of a fleet of heavy goods vehicles, including articulated lorries, tractor units, concrete bottles, tippers, trailers & vans. · Fault finding and preventative maintenance. · Coordination or service and repairs. · Schedule and completion of preventative maintenance activities. · Completion of all task in accordance with Health & Safety regulations. · Maintain maintenance area in a clean and orderly fashion; keep work area clean at all times Qualifications and Skills · Extensive experience with diesel machinery. · Experience working with quarry machinery a distinct advantage. · Trained in heavy plant equipment. · Ability to work as part of a team and without supervision. · Full clean driving license.
