The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with current fire safety regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple fire stopping contracts simultaneously, from award through to final account. Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance. Ensure all works comply with relevant fire safety regulations, including guidance under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act 2022 . Review specifications, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with tested systems. Maintain thorough documentation, including installation records, O&M manuals, and certification.
