General Electrical Repairs: Perform a variety of general electrical repairs, including fixing faulty wiring, sockets, switches, and addressing any emergency electrical issues that arise. Qualifications & Skills Required: 18th Edition Regulations Qualification Must hold a valid qualification in the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). 2391 Test & Inspection Qualification Essential to have the 2391 Test and Inspection qualification to carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations. Experience in Electrical Installations and Maintenance Proven experience in domestic and commercial electrical installations, including maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Knowledge of Modern Electrical Systems A solid understanding of smart heating controls, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient solutions. Full UK Driving License A valid UK driving license is required for attending various job sites.

In-depth knowledge of facade systems, including curtain walling, cladding installation, and glazing techniques. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. First Aid certification. CSCS Black/Gold Card (or equivalent) demonstrating advanced experience and leadership in construction. Desirable Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively at all levels. Due to client demand they are now looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager for the Retrofitting arm of the business. The Contracts Manager (Retrofitting) is responsible for the commercial, contractual, and operational management of retrofit projects, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, budget, programme, and quality standards. The role plays a critical part in managing contracts under PAS 2035/2030 frameworks, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners to deliver compliant, safe, and high-quality energy efficiency and decarbonisation works. Key Responsibilities Contract & Commercial Management Manage retrofit contracts from award through to final account and close-out. Ensure contracts are administered in accordance with agreed terms, conditions, and funding requirements. Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and cash flow to protect commercial performance. Lead on change control, variations, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance/resolution.
