What you'll need for this role: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in project delivery. Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and associated costs. Qualification in Quantity Surveying or membership of a relevant professional body. Clear understanding of contractual obligations, breaches, and remedies. Competent knowledge of a range of procurement options used within the construction industry. Familiarity with current legal and regulatory developments relating to construction and associated law. Experience using construction estimating software (e.g., Conquest).
