Our client, an industry leading provider of acoustic finishes, are looking for hard-working people with site experience that want to progress. The fast-paced nature of their work means there is a constant change of scenery, often working on prestigious projects across the UK for household names.
As a new team member you will be trained in the assembly and operation of spray equipment and the preparation of their products. Followed by promotion to Edger, learning the various finishing techniques for the product. For the right candidate there is the opportunity of promotion to Sprayer/Team Leader within 1 to 2 years.
There are increases in salary as your knowledge and skills increase with expected earnings rising to circa £38,000 after 3 months
The successful candidate will:
* Be working an average of 8 hours on site, plus fully paid travel on overtime rates.
* Receive a daily lunch allowance payment.
* Hold a current, driving licence.
* Be over 25, for fleet insurance purposes.
* Be a committed team player.
* Above all be hard working and reliable
No knowledge of their unique trade required, training starts on day one.
Whilst you will have to be able to work away from home, for around 30% of projects, this will be Monday-Friday, weekend work is rare. When working away all accommodation, with your own room, and meals are paid for.

Working with the Sales Director as part of the Financial Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of contract variations, valuations and disputes.
* Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters.
* Work alongside the contract team during contract negotiations.
* Assist in post contract liaison with clients.
* Work closely with the project management team to identify and manage variations obtaining sign off with client teams.
* Preparation and submission of interim valuations
* Preparing final accounts
The ideal candidate will be degree calibre, RICS certification would be advantageous but is not essential. In addition to first class customer facing skills you will also possess:
* Good working knowledge of forms of contract for sub-contracting.

* Good IT skills - particularly Adobe, all Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
