Their portfolio includes work within the MOD, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial sectors. Projects generally range in value from £1.5 million up to and over £100 million 5-10 year frameworks. Responsibilities will include: - Preparing Tender and Contract documents - Preparing Bills of Quantities - Risk Management and Cost Control - Sub Contractor Work Allocation - Preparing Accurate Progress Reports and keeping accurate record of variations - Identifying risks throughout the project - Complete monthly valuations and payments and prepare detailed scope of works for sub contractors to price - CVR's Key Experience and Requirements: - 5 to 10 years Quantity Surveying experience with a contractor. - You will have experience of previously working within the same or similar role. - Degree qualified (or moving towards professional membership for example RICS, CIOB or ICE) is desireable - Modular build knowledge an advantage. - Excellent communication/ team work capability. - Computer literacy will also be essential. - The role will be reporting to the commercial manager.
