Due to further growth, our client is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Associate to their Central London office, working predominantly on commercial, residential and mixed-use development schemes worth anything from £20m to £500m each. You’ll have had some previous experience within a UK consultancy environment on private sector projects but be ambitious to now push your career on through the business; duties will be both pre and post contract and you’ll likely be involved in multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with one of the Senior Partners.
Our client is seeking the following:
* At least five years experience working for a PQS firm on constructionrelated schemes.
* Relevant construction/surveying degree.
* MRICS chartered (or able to access through experienced route).
* Private sector project experience preferred.
* Ambitious individual, driven to push their career quickly through the grades.
* Eligible to work in the UK.

* Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager within the nuclear sector within the UK is essential.
* Engineering/Construction degree is preferred.
* MRICS Chartered desirable (not essential).
* Personable individual, comfortable dealing with key external stakeholders.
* Must be able to attend site visits/client meeting in Oxfordshire when required.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
