With experience gained from a Consultant, Architectural or Contracting background, the applicant will have extensive Design Management experience gained in the building sector. This contractor undertakes a wide variety of projects across the NW, mainly in the Educational and Healthcare sectors. Values of projects are genrally between 3m to 30m. The role would suit a candidate who is already undertaking this role for a similar contractor. The Client is also open to an experienced Project Manager who has been involved in the pre-construction process at bid stage, making the transition in this role permanently.
