You will have a track record of managing and delivering Highways and Streetworks infrastructure schemes. A good understanding of NEC conditions as well as managing programme and maintaining quality. Experience of managing multi-site operations of smaller schemes. Great communications skills. Because of the nature of the works a full driving licence is required.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting background to work on a number of projects in the Stafford area. Experience of working on Educational, Blue Light and Healthcare projects is desirable, with experience of NEC forms of contract would be advantageous. This role demands a high level of close cooperation with Client Teams and End User Clients, so excellent people skills are essential.
