About you You re an experienced sign fitter who takes pride in doing a job properly. You care about the finish, the detail, and how the work looks once it s installed. You re comfortable working across different types of signage, from detailed vinyl work through to more involved physical installs. You re practical, reliable, and professional on site. Your experience You ve got hands-on experience fitting a wide range of signage. That includes vinyl graphics and manifestations, but also fascia signs, built-up letters, trays, and general site signage. You re confident working on commercial and construction sites and understand how to work safely and efficiently. A valid CSCS card and a full driving licence are essential. IPAF or PASMA would be useful, but not essential if your core fitting experience is strong. What you ll be doing with your experience in this role You ll be installing signage on a variety of projects, working out of the Farnham area. Some installs will be vinyl-based, others will involve more complex or heavier signage. You ll work closely with project managers and production teams, representing the business well and making sensible decisions on site to ensure installations are completed to a high standard. You enjoy the variety, the challenges and the satisfaction of leaving every install looking spot on. Your experience You ve gained solid experience working across all sorts of environments. You re comfortable jumping between vehicle graphics, exhibition builds, event setups, retail installs, hospitality spaces and day to day signage work. You understand the different demands of each setting and you know how to adapt, stay organised and deliver a clean, professional finish every time. Vehicle wrapping experience is a big bonus, but the priority is someone who s capable, reliable and confident in their craft. What you will be doing with your experience in this role You ll install graphics and signage across a wide variety of projects including vehicles, retail spaces, hospitality venues, exhibitions, events and commercial sites. You ll prep materials, load jobs, install to a high standard and work closely with production and operations to keep everything running smoothly. You ll represent the team professionally on site, deal with challenges quickly and make sure every install is completed to a level you re proud of. If you can wrap vehicles, there will be plenty of opportunities to use that skill too.
