Project Managers - All levels £28,300 - £44,351 per annum (dependent upon experience) Northampton   MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) is enjoying a period of growth, we are looking for motivated and capable individuals to join our Project Management team based in Northampton.    MOLA is the only archaeological unit in the UK that is an Independent Research Organisation (IRO) allowing us to bring together the opportunities in development-led work and funded research.  We aim to generate measurable social value through our projects and we encourage applications from people who can deliver the leadership and commercial elements of the role and who want to make a positive difference to society.    All applicants will be considered, from experienced Project Managers looking to develop their careers to candidates who want to move into Project Management for the first time.     A full clean driving license is needed as regular travel is required to sites across Northampton.   Senior Project Manager To support the Directors in the operation and development of the business at Northampton and within MOLA and work with others to ensure the implementation of effective business wide strategies in alignment with the organisation business plan. To lead on the tender, management and completion of major archaeological contracts in accordance with agreed business development target so as to meet client requirements and underpin MOLA’s reputation as a leading commercial archaeology organisation.   Project Manager The purpose of this role is to work closely with Senior Project Managers in the tender, design and delivery of archaeological projects in accordance with agreed business development target and compliance with all local, regional, national and professional standards. To manage and complete archaeological contracts from initiation to publication in accordance with agreed business development targets. To manage the execution of contracts so as to meet client requirements and underpin MOLA’s reputation as a leading commercial archaeological organisation.   Assistant Project Manager The primary purpose of this role is to support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the design and delivery of archaeological projects and to manage smaller / less complex projects within agreed business development targets.
