We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our established management team based in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and customer-focused individual to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects and play a key role in the continued success of the business. The Role Reporting to the Director, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple scaffolding contracts from award through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular travel to sites across the Midlands and surrounding regions will be required. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple scaffolding contracts simultaneously from commencement to completion. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders. Attend client meetings, site meetings and progress reviews. Plan and coordinate labour, plant and material resources to meet project requirements. Monitor project performance, costs and programme delivery. Identify and secure contract variations and additional commercial opportunities. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance, quality and customer satisfaction. Ensure all projects operate in line with Health & Safety legislation, company procedures and industry best practice. Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Prepare reports, contract documentation and project records as required. Work closely with operational and commercial teams to deliver business objectives. Support the ongoing development and improvement of company processes and standards. About You Essential Requirements Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar management role within the construction industry. Strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of contract administration and project cost control. CISRS Scaffolding qualification or industry-related certification. Full UK Driving Licence. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word for basic reporting and information inputting Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations within construction environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Will be required to pass DBS checks What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Company vehicle.
