This is a senior role, dealing with complex, high-value, and often international construction losses , with a focus on Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Contractors' All Risk (CAR) insurance . The Role As Construction Claims Manager, you will be deployed on the most complex cases, providing technical expertise and supporting clients through challenging claims. Responsibilities include: Managing complex construction claims (EL, PL, CAR) from notification to settlement Acting as senior point of contact for clients on high-value and sensitive matters Negotiating with insurers and other stakeholders to achieve resolution Providing technical claims advice and ensuring clients are kept fully informed Producing accurate reports and maintaining claims records Supporting colleagues by sharing specialist knowledge and expertise About You Strong experience handling construction-related claims , including EL, PL, and CAR Background in insurance or legal claims handling ACII qualification (or working towards) desirable Familiarity with CLASS and ECF systems an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Able to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and attention to detail Why Apply?
