The Role As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants while keeping tenancies running smoothly from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties Handling landlord and tenant enquiries Coordinating maintenance and contractor works Conducting property inspections Managing tenancy applications and progression Monitoring rent payments and arrears Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation About You We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings Knowledge of the tenancy lifecycle and current legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities A professional and customer-focused approach What's On Offer?
