Maintenance Supervisor required for a leading housing provider working in Bristol. The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to have the following duties. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, including grounds and facilities, across multiple large retirement housing locations. To ensure a safe, comfortable and well-maintained living environment for residents while leading and managing a team of maintenance staff. Provide leadership to the location maintenance team and have extensive knowledge of building systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of designated locations. Supervise, train, and manage a team of maintenance staff across multiple complex locations, assigning tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of work orders. Utilising a trade background, carry out minor repairs where possible and drive a high-performance culture within your team where our aspiration is to carry out more repairs ourselves and offer an excellent repairs service to our residents and location teams. This position is ideally suited for someone with a trade background who is looking to step into a supervisor role.

We require fully qualified Gas Engineer / Plumber- domestic bias - covering domestic repairs and maintenance for a housing provider with properties covering the West Midlands, covering Halesowen and Dudley. Experience and Qualifications Experience within the social housing sector Full driving license Must hold valid ACS domestic gas tickets, including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1

The Principle Building Manager will be the key strategic and technical lead for all aspects of Building works across a large estates. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you will work with equivalent roles colleagues to deliver building fabric maintenance to deliver a comprehensive, multiyear, maintenance strategy. - Act as the technical expert on all aspects of building fabric services, including contractor performance and compliance. - Ensure all building services activities comply with statutory regulations and health and safety legislation. - Implement, manage and report SLA s and KPI s and ensure target response times are consistently met. Monitor and manage areas of concern if they occur and develop a strategy to improve performance. - Work with other areas and teams within the Estates department taking a one team approach in service delivery and resource allocation. - Manage external service contracts relating to electrical services maintenance including cost control and supplier review.
