CareerMakers are currently looking for a Piping Commissioning Engineer to join our client in the Deeside, CH5 area. Start Date: Immediately Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 07:00am-17:30pm Responsibilities: Verify correct installation of all pipework, supports, and routing as per design specifications Read, interpret, and work from P&ID, isometric, and general arrangement drawings Monitor commissioning progress and report updates or delays to site management Communicate effectively with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues Perform detailed inspections of piping systems to ensure compliance with project standards Identify and record any non-conformances or outstanding works through structured punch list processes Liaise with welding inspectors and support quality assurance in line with industry codes and procedures Support pressure testing, flushing, and final system handover activities Maintain accurate documentation throughout the commissioning process Requirements: Strong experience in piping commissioning Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of team Valid CSCS and relevant qualifications References from previous works If you would be interested in this position please apply or call us on (phone number removed) option 2.
