The Sustainium Group was recently launched by industry leaders to establish a new group of home improvement companies committed to world-class products and customer service.

We have completed our first acquisition of a window, door and conservatory company in Wolverhampton and are now building a fantastic team to help us grow the group.

We are seeking an experienced Operations/Installation Manager to head up operations with responsibility for managing all aspects of survey, installation, stock management and customer service.

You will have a minimum 3 years installation management experience with strong technical skills and knowledge of building works, as well as a great ‘can do’ attitude and solution-focused approach.

 About You:

• Customer Service – you will be passionate about customer satisfaction, with strong people skills and ability to resolve conflict or issues
• Management – You’ll need to be well organised to oversee all aspects of the process from receiving the order to satisfaction and payment, including stores and transport
• Installation – Experienced in recruiting, managing and getting the best out of installation teams and sub-contractors
• Compliance – good all-round knowledge of health and safety, compliance, and regulations
• Commercially focused – an ability to focus on commercial objectives including installation targets, customer payments and control over material, labour and other costs
• Flexible – you will need to be flexible to support fitters on site, organise materials and stores, meet customers and work with suppliers
• Systems - Good administration and technology skills familiar with ordering systems, project management and computer admin systems
• Problem solution – you will be a solution-focused manager, able to overcome technical problems and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Full driving license essential

This is a hands-on role in our first business acquisition, with the opportunity to grow and develop your career as we expand both our first business and subsequent acquisitions as we build the group. 

Location

You will be operating initially from our Wolverhampton base although you will be working across the Midlands as we expand.
