Business Process Lead - SAP Signavio/Process Transformation We are seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to lead the development, governance and optimisation of business processes within a complex heavy manufacturing/construction environment . The role will combine strong business process management, SAP Signavio, SAP and digital transformation experience , working closely with the LOR Digital Delivery team, process owners and business SMEs . The immediate priority will be to take ownership of the existing process baseline and establish a robust Level 2-4 process architecture , with particular focus on identifying and documenting exceptions, variations and unhappy paths that are not captured through traditional happy-path process mapping. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the existing process baseline, process architecture and SAP Signavio repository . Lead the assessment and improvement of the existing Level 2-4 process hierarchy . Define and maintain appropriate process modelling standards, governance and quality controls . Lead the identification of process gaps, exceptions, variations, workarounds and unhappy paths. Ensure priority processes are developed and validated through to Level 4 . Lead process discovery and validation workshops with process owners, SMEs and operational stakeholders . Challenge existing processes and drive consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement. Own and manage the process backlog , prioritising activity according to business value, risk and transformation priorities. Work closely with the LOR Digital Delivery team to ensure process design supports technology and digital transformation. Provide clear reporting to stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies and process gaps . Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, standardisation and digital transformation . Essential Experience Proven experience as a Business Process Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Process Architect or Process Transformation Lead . Strong experience leading business process modelling and process architecture within complex organisations. Experience within heavy manufacturing, construction, automotive, engineering or similarly complex operational environments . Strong experience with Level 2-4 process hierarchies and detailed Level 4 process modelling. Proven ability to identify and manage exceptions, variations, workarounds and unhappy paths . Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience leading workshops and gaining agreement across SMEs and process owners. Experience working within an SAP environment . Ability to establish and drive process governance, standards and ownership . Desirable Experience Hands-on SAP Signavio experience, ideally including Process Manager and/or Process Governance. Experience within a digital transformation or technology delivery programme . Experience with SAP S/4HANA and associated business processes. Lean, BPMN or recognised Business Process Management experience. Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation .
