Concept Building Services (Southern) Ltd are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join the existing team, based in our Eastleigh office. The role * We are looking for an experienced commercial plumber to join our ever expanding Southampton office to assist with our project work and commercial call outs. * We currently have a small team completing all types of commercial, industrial installation work including reactive callouts. * We receive a varied mix of plumbing and above drainage work as well as more complex AC & Vent works. * For the right candidate there is the ability to progress and grow with an ever expanding firm. Qualifications and key skills required * Commercial, Industrial Experience Essential * C&G * Valid CSCS * Commercial call outs, commercial kitchen, toilet refurbishment works. * Commercial Gas beneficial

Multi-trade operative Start date – Immediate Start Location – Exeter and surrounding areas (SOUTH WEST) Day rate - £160 Length of work - Full time, On going works About the role * Self- employed only * Own tools * Own van required + full driving license * Mileage paid at 15p per mile * Strong customer service skills * Happy to work alone or as part of a team * Willing to travel throughout the south west region * Commercial experience required * Experience of the following trades would be beneficial: * Carpentry * Plastering * Tiling * Roofing * Plumbing Qualifications/cards required * CSCS card * Asbestos awareness * Public liability insurance - min £1M * Other beneficial qualifications – SMSTS, PASMA Interviews: Telephone or in person - therefore as required Concept Building Services is committed to non-discrimination and equal opportunities for all applicants. Types of works – Commercial installations The role * Working alongside an existing team * Ability to be flexible with day to working. Sites can change throughout the week. * Good people skills and an approachable nature. Qualifications required * ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition * C&G Testing and Inspection, SMSTS * Candidate MUST have own van * Travel allowance will be paid on top of £155 day rate
