Fire Stopping Engineer We are currently looking for experienced fire stoppers to join our team. You will be working on commercial projects, carrying out new installations and remediation works to fire resistant materials as well as assessing installations of fire stopping on existing buildings. The works will be covering the South East area and will cover multiple project types such as student accommodation, hospitals and care homes. The right candidate must be willing to travel for the works and be looking to progress in the role and train in fire door inspections . The successful candidate will have: At least three years' fire stopping experience NVQ level 2 passive fire protection Valid CSCS card Experience with batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound Surveying experience Produce Quote Experience working using One Trace apps to record works completed Knowledge of 3rd party BMTrada accreditation Clean driving license Produce Quote Experience working using One Trace apps to record works completed Knowledge of 3rd party BMTrada accreditation Clean driving license Up to 42k basic, discretionary bonus, van and other benefits.

Senior Fire Alarm Engineer This is a position which services the London and surrounding areas, ideally you will be multi disciplined in the fire industry from, installation, commissioning and small day work repairs. 40K - 47K (Depending on experience) Base Salary + Commission + Van + Other benefits The higher end of the salary bracket will go to multi skilled fire alarm engineers experienced in Gent, Notifier panels etc The Role: Carrying out planned service and maintenance tasks on a varied customer base - from a retail unit to an office block. Carrying out a range of tasks from small works to commissioning. Opportunity to carry out some larger installation work on projects for those with a desire to develop and enhance their install skills. Use existing knowledge and experience to fault find. Offering a comprehensive service to our customers in accordance with British Standards in a defined area. The ideal candidate must have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fire System maintenance/installation. FIA Installation and Maintenance Module Experience of open / Close protocol fire alarm systems Electrical design with fire alarm element Working knowledge of BS5839 & current Health & Safety legislation The ability to work to time sensitive deadlines Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Full UK driving licence

Fire Sprinkler Engineer/Supervisor A Fire Sprinkler Engineer/Supervisor is required for a London based fire safety company in a permanent position. This is a position which services London and the surrounding areas. The Role: Carry out servicing and remedial works of Commercial and Residential Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Dry/Wet Risers in accordance with the latest British and EN standards Provide information to quote to upgrade or modify these systems in relation to manufacturers and industry guidelines Ensuring all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations Conducting inspections, testing, servicing and remedial works of fire sprinkler (Domestic and Commercial) & wet riser systems Identifying and troubleshooting system issues, providing necessary repairs Reading and interpreting blueprints and design layouts Surveying for remedial works Experience & Skills Proven experience (6 years) in a similar role. Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems (BS9251). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Certification or qualifications in fire protection systems (preferred but not required). Specialist tools will be provided. Flexible to work across single and multiple site locations. Strong knowledge of commercial and residential sprinkler systems, with the ability to perform system changeovers. Competent with fire alarms and all kinds of commercial sprinkler systems. Full UK drivers licence. Up to 47k basic salary, discretionary bonus, van and other benefits.
