Their projects span supermarkets, convenience stores and caf environments, often delivered within live trading settings and fast-track programmes. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects nationwide. The Role You will take full responsibility for the delivery of several retail fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple live retail fit-out projects Lead Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers Plan and manage programmes, resources and site phasing Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Oversee Health & Safety compliance across all sites Review RAMS, drawings, progress reports and logistics plans Drive quality control and snag-free handovers Support commercial activities including valuations and variations About You Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager in retail fit-out Strong understanding of live trading environments Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Package & Benefits Company car or car allowance 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Private healthcare & pension Training, development & clear career progression

Our client, a Main Contractor/Developer, who specialise in New Build Luxury Residential schemes throughout the South-East are currently requiring 1no Finishing Handyman to start IMMEDIATELY on their project in Oval (SE11), working on the finishings to a number of New Build Exclusive Residential Apartments. Working as a Finishing Handyman on site you will be required to assist on the project with day-to-day tasks critical to the day-to-day operation of this large and busy site. Works on this site will involve completion of high-end new units. Our client, a leading fast-track Retail fit-out company work undertake works throughout the UK, are currently recruiting for a General Labourers to join their ongoing project in Brackley As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the site is kept clean, and tidy, and that works can proceed on site as planned. You will be taking direction from the Site Management Team, along with also working closely with the sub-contractors on site and assisting them accordingly. Looking for a Ganger / Labourer who is wanting to work towards a supervisor and management role. Job will be very much Labouring doing site welfare, managing waste, taking deliveries etc but will be given additional responsibilities over your time with the business. Must have CSCS Card, SSSTS and First Aid as a minimum Day rate - Working hours will vary but could be between 9 to 11 hours a day depending on the proejct needs with the potential for weekends. Job starts within the next couple of weeks and the right person will be kept on long term to work all these Manchester jobs the business has coming up.
