As the Contract Manager, you will ensure the contracts are delivered in a manner which enhances and maintains the company’s name and reputation for quality, and to ensure that the procedures adhere to stringent quality, health & safety guidelines. You will enjoy developing and improving the performance of the staff under your management and ensure the completion of contracts to the full satisfaction of the customer within the programmed time whilst ensuring profitable execution of work. Position: Estimator Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Contract: Permanent Location: East Midlands, Lincoln, Nottingham Benefits: Pension, 33 Days Annual Leave An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator to join an ambitious, successful and growing company. Our client are true leaders within their industry providing a construction, structural and passive fire protection service and boast projects such as The Shard, One Crown Place & The Madison to name a few within their portfolio. As the Estimator, you will prepare estimates and complete pricing work in support of tender submissions, proposals for new business opportunities and existing contracts. You will meet the required ‘Tender Date’ of each new enquiry and analyze and compile accurately priced submissions ensuring that all estimates cover the requirements of the contract. You will enjoy representing the company by dealing with Customers, Suppliers, Consultants and Stakeholders and be a champion promoter of Health & Safety in an estimating function.
