Our client is a well established independant group working within the Construction, Development, M&E and the Environmetal sectors. We are urgently seeking to add another member to the team and require an experienced Fire Protection Supervisor.(SE region) The role will ultimately be a permanent position but will start on a Contract basis. The position As the Fire Protection Contract Supervisor, you will have the responsibility of the Client negotiations and Project Management on a variety of contracts from Domestic to Commercial, ideally having a large knowledge and experience in FIRAS specifically Fire Doors and the regulations around this. Experience of Fire doors and Carpentry across a variety of contracts Experience in manager frontline staff, while being client facing (important) Technical FIRAS and FRA knowledge (essential) Qualifications (Desirable) Strong understanding and correspondence to Confidentiality Budgeting and analysis experience * RAMS * *CSCS card essential * BM TRADA * *Asbestos Awareness certificate essential * *Face Fit and First Aid desirable * *Full current driving licence preferred but not essential * *NVQ 2 +, SSSCS, Supervisor experience * *Driving license Immediate Start Available for the right candidate There is a competitive daily pay rate (dependent on experience) available. Our client is part of a large Group working within the Construction, Development, M&E and Environmental industries. They are urgently seeking to add new Operatives to a well established team of Passive Fire Protection Operatives working on a range of projects. Immediate Starts can be available for the right candidates. Ideally, we are looking for experienced individuals to carry out Passive Fire Protection Operative works within various building environments and sites around London & Kent (South East) on a temp to perm basis. Duties will include installation and application of intumescent coatings and fire stopping systems. The right candidates would be enthusiastic, with a 'hands on, can do' approach, willing to pitch in and help out irrespective of the works. Be a self-motivated team member with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
