The Facilities Management division of a group of construction and engineering companies, have a new role for a deputy facilities manager to join the team on a PFI contract. . The Role: You will be responsible for managing both in house and sub-contract teams of M&E engineers and cleaners and caretakers. Working with the FM, you will be involved with ensuring standards are hit in relation to SLA's / KPI's. The Person: It is preferred that you have experience of working in outsourced FM and have a good understanding of PFI's. The Package: The basic salary is from £35,000 to £40,000 The package also includes 25 days holiday, 8% pension and unrivaled sick pay and life / critical illness insurance
