* You will join a well structured team with a very low staff turnover working on large projects which are technically challenging and demanding

Building services electrical project manager for M&E contractor
Your role will be to project manage the delivery of electrical and mechanical installations to a wide range of buildings.
You will be a proven building services project manager with a strong background in refurbishment and new build schemes.
Duties:
* procurement
* programming
* management of sub-contractors
* health and safety responsibilities
* design team/construction meetings
* account management
* client interfacing
Projects to include schools, commercial offices, factories and warehouses.
Typically projects would range in value from £400k to £800k.
Ideally you will be a good all rounder who can run jobs with minimal supervision.
You will be an experienced building services project manager with a strong electrical background.
If you had some mechanical knowledge and had worked in commercial, education or food sectors this would be an advantage.
This is real opportunity for a committed manager who has ambitions to drive their career towards Director level.
