The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations. Key Responsibilities Overall management of site activities for the cladding package Coordination and supervision of site labour Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme Enforce health & safety standards, site inductions, RAMS, and toolbox talks Monitor quality control and carry out inspections throughout the build Liaise with the main contractor and client. Key Responsibilities Take full commercial responsibility for allocated projects, including monthly reporting. Manage and mentor junior commercial team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain, including standard rate agreements. Prepare and submit accurate valuations, supported by site visits where required. Follow up on payments, keeping senior management informed of any issues. Price and agree project variations with clients and subcontractors, maintaining accurate records. Prepare contractual notices and administer subcontract conditions in line with company procedures. Ensure timely and fair resolution of client and subcontractor final accounts. Maintain organised commercial files, both electronic and hard copy. Support pre-construction activities alongside the bid and contracts teams.
