I am looking for several Plasterers across a contract in the Sheffield area. Successful candidates will have a background in domestic maintenance and planned works. My client, a well known contractor, have picked up a large scheme of works which requires the on boarding of several Joiners. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who can work in both void and occupied properties. Work will be across maintenance and planned schemes and candidates should be happy to work across both contracts as and when required. Must have skilled CSCS Card and demonstrable experience in the industry with references to mirror this. Must have a full, valid, UK Driving licence and work will require candidates driving from property to property. As this is a new contract, we are flexible in having sensible conversations in regards to hourly rates. We are hoping to work on a temporary to permanent basis with this. I am currently working with a leading House Builder to appoint a Multi-Skilled technician (with a Joinery bias) to join their team. My client divides their area into three sections with a Liaison Officer (dealing with customers on site), a Customer Care Coordinator (office based, scheduling in the works) and a Customer Care Technician (somebody carrying out the work in customers properties). This position will more than likely be looking after the southern region of the North East so can expect to be travelling around Bishop Auckland, Teesside and Darlington areas. We are looking for somebody who has worked in the domestic sector in a similar position, ideally with a Joinery background. Candidates will be booked in to customers properties to carry out any work that needs completing so could be any snagging - due to this, candidates must have worked in an 'all-rounder' role and expect to carry out Plastering, Plumbing, basic Electrical works where needed.
