Job Title: Plumbing and Heating Engineer - Renewable Energy Location: Swindon Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum plus company vehicle Term: Permanent As a forward-thinking and modern plumbing and heating firm, our client is looking to add strength to their team. Main Duties: • Repair, service and installation of Central heating, air conditioning and renewable heating systems • Attend customers homes as well as commercial sites • Create reports for management Candidate Requirements: Essential Level 3 NVQ City and Guilds plumbing At least 3 years’ experience in the trade (following apprenticeship) Full UK driving licence (clean) GCSEs in English and Maths and at least 1 Science preferred Preferred Experience and knowledge in renewables, especially heat pumps NVQ domestic gas core G3 unvented WRAS water regs Part L energy efficiency

CAD Technician (Structural / Construction) CAD Technician required by specialist insulation company based in Swindon. Ideal position for college leavers with some CAD experience. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience. We are a young, but rapidly growing, company who design and supply specialist flat roof insulation systems for the construction industry. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CAD Technician to join the team, interpreting architect’s drawings and designing bespoke insulation solutions. This requires calculating U-values, condensation risk analysis and acoustic performance through to material take-offs. The ideal candidate will be AutoCAD proficient with some experience in the construction / structural / civil engineering sectors. Full on the job training for our specialist design software will be provided. Working closely with our clients, the design team and project architects, you will be responsible for managing compliance checks against the specifications and client requirements. As part of this role you will attend pre-construction design development meetings and undertake site visits to check progress during the construction phase. Required Skills: • AutoCAD & MS Office proficient • The ability to read construction drawings • Excellent communication skills • Ability to inspire confidence and develop long term relationships • ‘Can do’ attitude • Good work ethic and aptitude for continuous learning and improvement • Able to work under own initiative and meet deadlines • Punctual, smart and hardworking Highly Desirable: • A knowledge of flat roofing • An understanding of basic U-values Want to join a young company with a bright future and develop a career in structural design?

Job Title: Electrician Salary: £160 - £180 per day Location: Oxford Contract: 2 Weeks minimum We are currently looking for two electricians to work on a contract in Oxford. Duties will include: • Commercial installation of armoured cables Candidate Requirements: • 18th Edition • Must have own transport • Previous commercial experience • IPAF licence would be advantageous • Need to available from Monday 10th August
