Excellent role on offer for an Estimator from fit outs and construction to work for an expanding specialist contractor where you can progress to senior level. Do you have experience of fit outs or a construction background? Do you want a role you can make your own and grow into a senior role? This company are a main and specialist sub-contractor handling projects from general construction through to fit outs, refurbishments, suspended ceilings and much more. Due to continued success even in these troubling times they have managed to continue to grow and are in position to recruit an experienced Estimator. Projects have included airports, Silver stone for F1, Horse racing courses, the 2012 Olympics and much more. They always have a large portfolio of ongoing projects always having around 100+ construction operatives on sites. In this role you will have the chance to move to senior estimator and further into management. To be considered you must have skills with take offs, negotiating costings for materials, submitting pricing to clients and being able to work along and client facing where needed. The role will be mainly office based.
