I am recruiting for a Manufacturing and Construction Company based in South Lincolnshire, My Client is in a period continuous growth, so I am looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their already successful team. My Client is a market leader within their industry that work across multiple sites throughout the UK.
My Ideal candidate will be able to work from engineering drawings, have a wealth of experience of TIG welding along with aluminium (aluminium is desired but not essential) also have worked in fabrication, predominantly this is a workshop based role
The role is Monday to Friday with overtime, subject to availability, a full UK driving license is essential and due to location, you will need to have transport
Rate of pay is £12-£13 per hour

We are recruiting for a new position for an experienced Structural Engineer for a company based in Newark.
The successful candidate will be working on a wide variety of interesting projects across the UK, including the design of building structures, earth retaining structures, flood defences, etc. as well as carrying out structural inspections and writing reports. You will need to have full UK driving licence and own transport to travel to sites.
Degree educated in civil or structural engineering and be either a Chartered Engineer or an Incorporated Engineer with membership of the ICE or IStructE, with several years of post-qualification experience in the UK construction industry.
We are looking for a candidate that -
Has experience of working in a variety of sectors as we typically undertake residential, commercial, industrial, education, energy, leisure, retail and heritage projects for both private and public sector clients.
Proficient in the structural design of buildings using all common construction materials and have experience of designing in accordance with British Standards and Eurocodes.
Proficient in the use of modern 3D analysis and design software and preferably be AutoCAD literate (experience with Revit would also be beneficial but is not essential).
Have good IT and communication skills, be able to liaise closely with clients, contractors and other professionals
Ideally have with some experience of managing small groups of engineers and technicians.
Commercial awareness and business development skills would help the right candidate take advantage of this position, genuine promotion prospects and the opportunity to progress their career as far as their ambition allows.
