The Senior Site Manager Role As a Senior Site Manager with Raise Projects, you ll take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of high-quality projects up to around £5 million in value. You ll lead from the front - ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction - while managing all aspects of project delivery from pre-start to handover. Working autonomously, you ll have the authority to run your site your way, supported by a responsive and professional head-office team. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all day-to-day site operations and project delivery Managing subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient progress Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and quality compliance Coordinating with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships Monitoring programme performance and ensuring delivery to budget and schedule Preparing site reports, maintaining records, and supporting project reviews This is a role for a proactive, experienced manager who takes ownership and pride in delivering exceptional results.
