We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an established construction business delivering projects across the North West. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Role Manage construction projects from start to finish. Prepare, monitor and update project programmes and short-term works plans. Coordinate Site Managers, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors. Monitor progress and take corrective action where required. Manage project risks, opportunities and resources. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Provide regular progress reports and project updates. Work closely with the commercial team on variations, costs, forecasting and contractual matters. Ensure high standards of health & safety and quality throughout the project. Lead and support site-based teams. Manage project documentation, handover and close-out. About You We are looking for a confident and experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong understanding of project delivery and site operations. You should have: Previous construction project management experience. Strong programme and planning skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and construction best practice. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering industrial, warehouse, retail and leisure projects across the North West. This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is confident taking commercial responsibility for their own projects, with support and guidance from an experienced Commercial Manager. The Role Take commercial responsibility for your own projects. Manage projects from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare and manage valuations, variations, payments and cost reports. Manage subcontractor accounts and commercial relationships. Monitor project costs and commercial performance. Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams. Report regularly to the Commercial Manager. Support the successful commercial delivery of projects. About You Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor. Comfortable managing your own projects commercially. Strong understanding of subcontractor management, valuations, variations and final accounts. Good commercial awareness and attention to detail. Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Experience across industrial, warehouse, retail, leisure or similar commercial projects would be advantageous.
