Opportunity for a Utilities Surveyor to join a company that has continued to expand during challenging economic times. Our client provide utilities mapping, environmental and engineering geophysical surveys to a wide range of construction, infrastructure and engineering clients. We are looking for people with at least 3 years’ experience of providing PAS-128 and TSA compliant utilities mapping surveys. You will have a QCF Level 3 (or better) in utilities mapping and be proficient in routine techniques such as EML, RFL, GPR and surveying. Experience in other detection techniques is an advantage. You will ideally be an experienced AutoCAD user, with an ability to provide high quality BIM compliant deliverables. Experience in back-office processing of datasets such as GPR, including interpretation and reporting is also desirable. You will be involved in projects at all stages, and will have ample opportunity to expand your knowledge within the team, progressing your career within a friendly and supportive team

Graduate Engineer with a background in Civil or Structural Engineering. Opportunity to join a young team of engineers led by an experienced management team. This company's growth plans have been unaffected by covid and are now looking to accelerate its 2020 growth plans. Positions will more than likely start around September/October time. Our client a leading provider of engineering services have grown considerably in size over the last 5 years and are now seeking to recruit a Graduate Engineer in with a degree in either Civil or Structural Engineering. Our client brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every project they undertake, from concept to design through to project management and ongoing maintenance and are respected within their industry for providing a first class and reliable service every time. Key requirements for this role are: * Minimum of a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * Self-motivated, energetic and driven to achieve results * Good attention to detail to achieve high quality output * Systematic approach to problem solving * Ability to carry out structural analysis by hand calculations and by utilising computer analysis software (experience of MSTower software would be a distinct advantage) * Comfortable working at heights * Efficient and effective at work programming, the role requires the candidate to be able to deal with several projects running concurrently. Desirable skills: * 1st class organisational skills * Appropriate Health & Safety experience * Full driving license
