Job Summary
Assisting a team leader in the daily upkeep and maintenance of various residential development sales and marketing/show areas in the Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London area all to a very high standard
Specific skills/experience required
Previous maintenance experience is essential.
Any qualifications required - CSCS Card. CRB checks may be carried out.
Full clean driving licence is essential.
NVQ in Horticulture 1 and 2 is an advantage.
Be polite and courteous always and any reasonable tasks requested by the Team leader or Line Manager.
Monday to Friday 7:00 - 16:30 but must be flexible and must be prepared to work overtime
Holiday entitlement 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Immediate start.

As the Team Leader you will be working alongside and supervising the Operatives on new sites providing grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.
Key Responsibilities
· Grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian)
· Strimming
· Pruning
· Weeding
· Shrub and Border Maintenance
· Hedge cutting
· Leaf and Litter picking
· Sweeping/cleansing
· Herbicide application
· A full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.
· Report and return any broken machinery to your line manager.
· Ensure skips are loaded correctly, both general waste skip and green waste skips.
· Complete any required paperwork such as maps, tick sheets, signing in paperwork etc.
· Notify your line manager of any Health and Safety issues, observations and all accidents in accordance with company procedure.
· Be prepared to work hours necessary to meet our contractual obligation.
· Ensure all tasks completed are to specification required and finished to a high standard.
· PA1 / PA6 would be advantageous
Full driving licence & CSCS card is essential for this role.
Salary: Circa £22,000 per annum plus regular overtime.
