OVERVIEW
* £200 – £240 per day.
* Temporary ongoing position.
* Based in the Doncaster area.
THE JOB
* Taking deliveries.
* Organising workers.
* Communicating project progress to the customer.
* Organising tools, plant, machinery, and materials.
* Taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
* Maintaining details and accurate site reports.
* Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
* Monitoring operations and ensuring that the work is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
THE PERSON
* Previous supervisory experience is essential.
* Must have experience in multi trades, e.g. install and construction.
* Must have a SSSTS/SMSTS card or the equivalent IOSH Managing Safely card.
* Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence.
* Holding a valid, in-date FLT Reach licence, is desirable but not essential.
* Must have an IPAF licence for working on a scissor lift.
* Must have a CSCS card.
* Health and Safety qualifications are essential.
* First aid qualifications are essential.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Must be able to work well as an individual or in a team.
* Must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday
* Days: 07:00-17:00

* You will be working on new build housing.
* Properties include flats and houses and work is estimated on price.
THE JOB
The work will include, but is not limited to:
* New build housing.
* Flat refurbishments.
* Commercial properties.
THE PERSON
* Must have previous experience within painting and decorating.
* Qualified with an NVQ or C&G certificate.
* Fully conversant with the relevant H&S legislation.
* Locally based is preferred.
* Must have a CSCS card.
* Own brushes and tools needed.
* Must have your own transport to get to and from site.
* Flexible, motivated and a good communicator.
* An organised problem solver.
* Able to work alone or as part of a team.
BENEFITS & REWARDS
* OTE of £750/£1000 weekly.
* Bonus is available if targets are met.
