The core purpose of the role as Fire Risk Assessor is to ensure that properties are compliant with regulations and guidance documents by conducting through risk assessments, completing reports along with recommendations for remedial. Experience carrying out Type 1 fire risk inspections is essential. Housing stock: High rise blocks of flats, sheltered accommodation, extra care, general needs, converted street properties.
